Rob Lorenz Chief Executive Officer
With over 10 years of running major construction projects throughout Thailand, Rob is familiar with Thai culture within construction industry. He has the ability to fluently communicate in Thai and has proven success in project delivery. Prior to establishing himself in Thailand, he had accumulated vast construction experience, playing major roles in the construction of most notably a Chevron gas plant valued at 40 Billion USD on the West Coast of Australia, as well as multi-million dollar homes and condominium along the East Coast of Australia.

K’Pradubpong Managing Director
K’ Pradubpong is a DBA graduate and an exceptional leader. A visionary in an ever changing workforce, Pradubpong is able to effectively and accurately obtain results and inspire team growth and business excellence.
As a previous vice president of a Thailand leading property development company, his years of experience in construction, property development and business management embolden him in obtaining project success.
K’Narongsak Project Director
With over 20 years of experience in construction and hotels as a contractor, K’ Narongsak is an asset to the Holbrook team. With previous experience as the chief engineer for top 5 star hotels in Samui, Narkongsak brings extensive knowledge of construction and specialized interior works. His International experience overseas, in Dubai and Malaysia as a QC specialist, make his attention to detail one of his greatest attributes and a key component to project excellence.
