" Sports Engineering and Recreation Ltd has been working with Holbrook, since 2017 when they were assigned as the General Contractor for the building modification and interior construction for our reginal office and retail showroom in Hua Hin, Thailand. A49 ltd, was the lead architect on this project. Mr. Rob Lorenz, Chief Executive officer was hands on during the pre-construction planning and during the actual build out period. I found Rob’s knowledge of construction and focus on giving the client and the architect project solutions extremely helpful and time and cost saving. The pro active management style results in a minimum of change or variation orders helping to keep the project on budget.
Currently Holbrook is the General Contractor for new regional Headquarters in Bangkok. This project is a new dedicated and purpose-building on raw land. The team that Holbrook has assembled to mange this project and interface with ourselves, and the architect is very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend thee services of Holbrook."
